| Rates for long term care are regulated by the provincial government (call C.C.A.C. 905-639-5228 for current rates).
All basic services included are meals, laundry, housekeeping, recreation, and nursing services. There are outlets for private
phones and cable television.
Private and standard
accommodation is available.

| Welcome to Hampton Terrace Care Centre, a Long Term Care Facility serving the community of Burlington and Halton. The facility is located
close to hospitals and is easily accessible. Hampton Terrace Care Centre has a total of 101 residents. We offer the comfort and
amenities you deserve in a safe and congenial environment, combined with care designed to meet your personal needs. |

We provide our residents with the highest level of quality care. Our home complies with all relevant legislation and other
regulations affecting facility operations. Attention to individual needs and a focus on quality of life are a priority at Hampton
Terrace Care Centre. We provide for the appropriate lifestyle needs of each individual, encouraging active participation of families in care
planning. Hampton Terrace is committed to a holistic care approach, considering the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of
all residents in a manner, which promotes respect, dignity and positive regard.
Through a specialized team of services, it is Hampton's objective to maximize the wellness and growth of each
individual
by enhancing physical support, restoration and assisting each resident in developing new interests and skills. Variety and companionship
including plants, pets, and children serve as an axis in the Care Centre. |

| Nursing and Medical Service: |
| Our nursing staff complies with Ministry of Health requirements. Each nurse is selected for his/her
commitment, experience, and specialized
training in dealing with health needs related to aging. They provide the highest level of supportive personalized care, including palliative care. Our
24 hours a day nursing team consists of Registered Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, and Health Care Aides. Hampton Terrace Care Centre is proud
of the quality of our Nursing Staff and the leadership qualities they exclude. Physicians are available and attend to the residents' needs regularly.
Arrangements will be made for those residents who prefer their own family physician and those who need a specialist. |

| Meal Service: |
| Full meal service is provided three times a day with nutritional snacks available in between. Meals are prepared
based on pre-planned menus by trained staff. |

| Other On-Site Services: |
| We offer exemplary health care at all care levels. Besides regular visits by a physician, a number of other on-site services are available to residents
such as: social worker, physiotherapy, podiatry, dental, optometry, hairdressing, dietician,
laboratory and pharmaceutical services. |

Hampton Terrace Care Centre recognizes the need for family and community participation. There is opportunity for families and friends to join us for meals
in our dining lounge. It is a time and place to enjoy both great tasting and nutritionally balanced food, in a pleasant, homey atmosphere.
Your cultural needs are addressed with the highest respect at Hampton Terrace. Not only are families and friends encouraged to visit as long and as often
as possible, but they are invited to participate in the betterment of the care that we offer, and encouraged to participate in Residents' Council and Family
Council Meetings. |

| Recreation: |
| The Recreation Department provides programs and services that reflect our residents' leisure needs and interests. Programs are designed for social pleasure
and
enjoyment, intellectual stimulation, physical fitness and spiritual wellness.
Programs include: Discussion Groups,
Horticulture, Entertainment, Exercises, Social Games and Music. Volunteer and community involvement helps us offer such programs as: Pet Therapy,
Bus Outings, Intergenerational Visits and Religious Services. |
